A basic self-contained apartment. With a double bed and a single bed. Comes with WiFi (a bit slow). There is air-conditioning. Basic kitchen facilities with kettle, gas stove, and microwave. There is some basic cutlery and crockery. Close to the main sightseeing attractions, but be prepared for a lot of hills (that's Istanbul for you).

My husband and I were here on a holiday and to get married in Istanbul. We were so happy with tye friendly caring service from Fatih & Hussain. They were so helpful as coming from outside turkey & trying to plan a marriage in a new place can be stressful so it was so great to have this advice & help from Fatih. The hotels we stayed in were just what we were looking for as they were clean, great condition. Spacious & with a good quality bed & sheets which is hard to find here in this area so I highly recommend this hotel as they have a great standard in all their hotels & to the top it off the best knowledgeable caring team working there. We feel like it’s a home away from home feeling. Thank you so much Fatih for making our stay wonderful

When they change my apartment I got one where the offices are No smell in that apartment everything was perfect It wasn’t super clean but cleaner than the last one It was huge with fridge and working shower ( although I had to keep it on for a while before I could shower to reach the target temperature) The apartment was close to most attractions even though there was a steep hill but that’s not the issue as most of Istanbul you have some climbing up and down the hills to do Manager was friendly and employees were ok just had to ask for a lighter for the stove several times ( they took it away again because they used it to light cigarettes) two days later he brought some matchsticks

Location was great, right in the center of the sultanahmet and waking distance to all attractions. The staff, really friendly and cooperative specially Huseyn. Considering the area, it was economical and budget friendly. The area is expensive comparatively than other areas in Istanbul however this hotel was economical relatively.

The location is ideal to go sightseeing and to see al’ the important spots museums and mosques. There is a pure place right in front of it that makes good food with good value for money. The delectable suite has a good view but not of the Bosphore and it’s not the owner’s fault, it’s just that the trees grew and kind of bloc the view but the terrasse is still a good spot as well. Near the taxis also if you need pick up to airport. Key word in Istanbul : Bargain bargain bargain everything is expensive
